There is so much we hope to share with you that we couldn’t possibly put it all in one post, but we think that this website will be a good place to start!

But what we would like more than anything would be to have a conversation with you! If you have questions about our efforts, please know that we are allowed to talk about this at work. This is protected activity under federal law. You may have noticed logos on the doors of some of our colleagues who are willing to be public about their support. Please feel free to ask any of them questions.

Since the beginning, our organizing effort has been rooted in a love for the work we do at LAS, our colleagues, and our clients. We are excited to create a union and a contract that protects the many things we appreciate about LAS, while also giving our staff a meaningful body to continue to achieve positive change. We look forward to you being part of moving Legal Aid forward.
