Anti Union Busting Petition

On March 1, 2023, the Southwest Ohio Legal Aid Brigade took a big step and delivered a letter to management, asking them to voluntarily recognize our staff union. After nearly a month of no concrete response, the administration has retained a notorious union-busting law firm and is attempting to exclude many of our coworkers through union-busting legal maneuvers, which will severely weaken our collective power.

Nonetheless, we persist - but our journey to being legally recognized as a union and starting to make improvements at our work will include winning a union election. We urge The Legal Aid Society of Greater Cincinnati & Legal Aid Society of Southwest Ohio administration to remain neutral and let us vote in our union election free of intimidation and fear.
